Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship within three business days of ordering, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Please remember that weekends and national holidays are not business days. So if you place your order on a Thursday evening, Friday counts as day one, Monday as day two, and so on.
Orders of 2 patterns or less are shipped via USPS First Class service. Orders of 3 patterns or more and books are shipped via USPS Priority Mail service.
Shipping charges are the actual USPS shipping fees, based on the mailing address and the weight of the package. To view your shipping rate, place items in your cart and proceed to the payment page. You can view the shipping rates before completing your payment, based on what is in your cart.
Shipping to addresses in the United States will take two to five business days. Shipping to Canada will take five to fourteen business days to arrive, and international orders will take ten to thirty business days to arrive. When ordering around a major holiday, like in December, please allow additional time to receive your order. If you prefer not to wait for the pattern to ship, or feel the USPS shipping rates are too costly, consider purchasing a PDF version of the pattern for an instant print-at-home option.
If you have not received your order in the above estimated time and suspect it is lost, please contact us with your four-digit order number, full name, and inquiry to discuss, and we will get back to you within two business days.
Please input your shipping address carefully. If the package is returned undeliverable at the mistake of the customer, the package can be resent at the customer's expense to another address. If the package is returned due to an error by us, the package will be resent to the customer at our expense.
No exchanges or refunds are issued for wholesale or retail orders unless an error was made upon fulfilling the order.
If you have questions or concerns, or if you received a damaged item, please contact us to discuss, and we will get back to you within three business days.

Digital PDF Patterns
When you purchase a PDF pattern, a link will be automatically sent to the email address used in placing the order, so be sure to enter your email correctly and to check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not see the email within a few minutes. If your email address domain is your place of business, note that many businesses have spam filters that will prevent the file from ever reaching your inbox. In this case, consider using your personal email account instead. Please keep in mind that services like AOL have filters on your inbox and your download email will likely be filtered out or placed in your junk or spam folder.
If you have not received the download link email and have checked your spam and junk folders, please contact us with your four-digit order number, full name, and inquiry to discuss, and customer service will get back to you within three business days.
You have three downloads of the file to allow you to save it locally on your computer. Note that if you open it on a device that you cannot save and print from, like an iPad, these will count as downloads, so be sure to save it to a personal computer or laptop.
Just like printed patterns, PDF patterns are for personal use only and sharing or copying them for others is not allowed. Thank you for respecting the work of this small business.
Once you buy the digital file, that is your product, so be sure not to accidentally delete it from your hard drive. If your computer crashes or you delete it, we cannot replace the file for you and another copy will need to be purchased. Think of it like a physical copy–if you lost the pattern, we cannot send you a new one. Thank you for understanding.
Each PDF pattern itemizes in the product description a clear list of what files you will receive upon purchasing the pattern, including what printing style the files are formatted for and the digital size and page count for each file. Please refer to this list to find out if the pattern is available in your preferred printing method. Due to the size of pattern pieces, not all patterns are available in all printing formats.

Printed patterns are available for use in class workshops. Each student is required to have their own copy of the pattern, and the shop is not allowed to give away the pattern to their students by tracing off the pattern. If you are not a current wholesaler and want to use our patterns for teaching, contact us to discuss and we can set you up with a wholesale account!
